A: Most repairs take 2-3 business days, and we’ll update you via WhatsApp every step of the way. We also offer free loaner laptops for longer repairs (when available!)

Q: Do you deliver to Oman?

A: Yes! We offer free shipping to Muscat, Salalah, and all major Omani cities, with COD available for all orders.

Q: Can I return a laptop if I don’t like it?

A: Absolutely! We offer 7-day free returns for all orders—just send us a WhatsApp, and we’ll arrange a free pickup from your home or office.

Q: Do you offer student discounts?

A: Yes! Show us your UAE/Oman university ID (in-person or via WhatsApp) to get 10% off any laptop or accessory.
